Knowledge is your ally. My programme dives deep into the fascinating world of ADHD, offering insights and understanding that can change how you view yourself and your capabilities. From the newest research to practical advice on navigating everyday life, relationships, and work, I ensure you have the information to empower your decisions and strategies.

Group Work: Stronger Together

​

Imagine a space where everyone gets it. The group sessions are designed to be this sanctuary. Within this supportive environment, you'll share experiences, strategies, and breakthroughs with women who truly understand the ADHD journey. Facilitated by an ADHD coach who has ADHD herself and is in the field of pioneering academic research on women and ADHD.

The programme has been designed by a woman with ADHD who is currently completing a PhD about women and ADHD. My work is focused on developing a theory of ADHD specifically for women that incorporates the expectations of society in addition to hormones and the complexity of the brain.

My brand new group coaching programme​
 

  • A group of 8 women with ADHD or who identify as having ADHD. A diagnosis is not necessary.

  • 1 x one-to-one kick off session of 60-minutes.

  • 6 group sessions (modules) - fortnightly each 90-minutes via Zoom.

  • Each module will include 20-minutes of pre-learning - this can be consumed in the form of a video, audio or transcript*.

  • An assignment to be completed in between sessions - this will be relevant to the modules and will be something that can be used in your everyday life.

  • You will be buddied with an accountability partner.

  • WhatsApp! group.
     

* I strongly believe that as individual's we take in information in different ways and therefore I will make sure all information is available in various formats.

Module Four - HORMONES - Tuesday 18th June 2024 @ 8PM

Module Five - LIFE ADMIN - Tuesday 2nd July 2024 @ 8PM

Module Six - LIFE SKILLS - Tuesday 16th May 2024 @ 8PM
