WHAT DO I OFFER?

One-to-One Coaching

One-to-One Coaching

 

 

I offer 60-minute one-to-one sessions via Zoom:

 

  • Sessions tend to take place every fortnight but can be tailored to your schedule. This means that you can do it from anywhere.
     

  • The week in between coaching sessions you will have a 10-minute accountability call to check how you are getting on.
     

  • Assignments are set for you to complete and apply to your own life in between sessions.
     

  • There is a minimum requirement of 3 sessions as I don't believe you can achieve lasting results in less than this.

Group Coaching

 

 

My brand new group coaching programme:

 

  • This is a pilot programme launching in May at a discounted rate.
     

  • A group of 8 women with ADHD or who identify as having ADHD. A diagnosis is not necessary.
     

  • 6 group sessions - fortnightly each 90-minutes via Zoom.
     

  • 1 x one-to-one kick off session of 60-minutes.
     

  • You will be buddied with an accountability partner
